Cooking Calabrian Course

The course is based on 6 lessons (3-h. day), between 9,30 and 12,30 am, and teaches how prepare some of traditional plates of Calabrian cooking, with final tasting of each recipe. Participants will collaborate in turn with the cook. It is not a professional course, and recipes changes with different seasons. In the afternoons will be arranged 3 ride to visit a dairy, an oil-mill, and a wineshop.

Rates for person 577 euro

+ 1 excursion on the Archaeological Park of Roccelletta di Borgia + 1 guided visit to the city of Squillace with Castle entrance and ride of the shops of local craftsmen.
